My Story
I have always loved baking and cooking; however, I never expected it to turn into a business venture. On September 2, 2025, I was notified that the bank where I had given 33 1/2 years of blood, sweat and tears as I worked my way up from a drive-in teller all the way to a Vice President, Compliance Officer and BSA Officer had "eliminated my job". I have owned and operated a food trailer, Bad Girl BBQ, since 2020 so naturally when I'm going through all the emotions of "I am so close to retirement -- what am I going to do now?", my mind went straight to cooking/baking and here I am. I'm committed to bringing you the same quality and care that I put into every item I make for my own family.
